Q What is the standard check-in/check-out time?
A Check-in is 3 p.m. and check-out is 11 a.m.
Q Can you keep my luggage before check-in or after check-out?
A Sure. We take care of your luggage in our cloak room on the 1st floor.
Q What is your cancellation policy?
A Cancellation fee is as follows:
The day before the check-in date: 20%
On the day of check-in: 80%
No show: 100%
Make sure to notify us in advance if you have to cancel.
Q What is the accommodation rate for small kids?
A Kids sharing a bed with the adult can stay free. However, please be reminded that breakfast is not free. There are accommodation plans for kids. Please ask for details.
Q How can I pay for lodging?
A Payment can be made by cash or credit card (JCB, VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, Dyners, Aeon, etc.) Electronic money, such as WAON, SUICA, etc. are also accepted. JAL coupon can only be accepted when the reservation is made via Internet.
Q Is there a curfew? Is the hotel entrance locked during the night?
A No. The entrance door is open 24 hours.
Q Are early check-in and late check-out possible?
A Cheking into the guestroom before the official check-in time or extending the stay after the official check-out time is possible for additional fees. Also, availability depends on the room vacancy conditions. Thus, please discuss your needs when you make your reservation.
Q I would like to send my luggage to the hotel in advance.

Q Do you have courier service?
A Yes, but for domestic destinations only. We also sell boxes. Pease feel free to ask.
Q Are there accommodations with pets?
A I'm sorry, but pets are not allowed in our hotel, except for guide dogs and service dogs. Please ask us about details.
Q Do you accept the Interne-t Plan and other discount plans/coupons together?
A I'm sorry, but taking advantage of multiple discount plans is not accepted.
Q How can I come to your hotel from the nearby station?
A It is about ten-minute walk from JR Huis Ten Bosch Station. For more details, please see this.
Q Can I use the hotel parking lot?
A Sure. Parking is free for overnight guests from the check-in day to the noon of the check-out day. Please present the parcking ticket to the reception desk upon check-in.
Other than the above period, parking fee is ¥400 for every 30 min.
The same policy applies to motorcycles.
Q Can I enter Huis Ten Bosck from the Private Gate?
A The first entry to the park has to be made from the Welcome Gate of Huis Ten Bosch.
In case the guest holds an Annual Passport, he/she may enter from the Private Gate by showing proof of stay/room key/luggage ticket.
Our hotel does not sell park tickets. Please visit Huis Ten Bosch to purchase tickets.

A Due to a regulation, we are not allowed to provide medical services, including medicines. We appreciate your preparing medicines on your own.

Q Do I need to make a reservation for restaurants?
A Reservation may not be necessary. However, there may be a case that our restaurant is booked for a party or extremely crowded. Thus, making a reservation is recommended.
Q Can you make arrangements for allergies and religious food restrictions?
A For those who have food restrictions for health or other reasons, we will try our best to make necessary arrangements. In order for us to be better prepared, advance notice is appreciated.
Q Can I use the parking lot when visiting restaurant?
A Sure. Hotel parking lot is open to restaurant users.
Q Do you have a kid's chair?
A Yes, we certainly do. However, the supply is limited. Please make a reservation ahead of time.
Q Can I take small kids to the restaurant?
A No problem. We have kid's menu and kid's price for the buffet is set.
Q Is baby food available?
A Yes, baby food is available. However, it is only served during breakfast hours and prior arrangements are necessary. A menu of baby food, allergy concerns, and dinner time service shall be negotiated. We can help with heating baby food and sterilization of milk bottles, so please fell free to ask.
Q Are there non-smoking seats in the restaurant?
A All seats are non-smoking seats. (There is a smoking booth near the restaurant.)
Q Can restaurant users use the hotel parking lot?
A Parking is free up to 3 hours for restaurant users upon spending ¥1,500 or more. Please show the parking ticket to the cashier.
